A local shop, not a call center
You reach the office on Townline Road, and the person who answers has usually been under a door that morning. The van that shows up is ours.
Springs, openers, cables and new doors, handled by the crew based right here on Townline Road. Priced in writing before anyone starts.
The shop sits on Townline Road, so most of the work is a short drive rather than a dispatch across the county. Whoever picks up the phone works out of that shop, and the van that turns up is ours.
Most of what we do is ordinary houses across Mundelein and the suburbs around it: a spring that let go overnight, an opener that stopped talking to the remote, a door that came off its track. We tell you what actually needs replacing and sweep the driveway before we leave.
When a repair will not hold, we say so and give you the replacement price too, so the choice is yours rather than ours.
The full range travels with the crew. Each one links to how that job actually works.
The call we get most. We weigh the door, fit a matched torsion or extension set, and rebalance it so the opener is not carrying the load.

Read moreA door off its track can bend the rails or drop. We secure the opening, sort the rollers and hinges, and get it travelling level again.

Cost and options in writing before we touch anything. Nothing gets added afterwards, and the drive across the area is on us.
The vans carry the springs, cables, rollers and opener boards that fail most, so the majority of calls are done the same day.
A door with sound panels and a straight track is usually worth fixing. If a part still has life in it, we say so.
Parts and labor come with written warranties, and the terms are explained before you sign. If the door is not running right after we leave, we come back and sort it, at no extra charge.
The same crew runs out to the suburbs next door. Each has its own page.
If your town is not listed, call (224) 395-0939. There is a good chance we cover it too.
Everything runs from one shop on Townline Road. Call, email, or send the form and we will tell you what the job costs and when we can get out.
